📝 Role Overview
Reporting to the PP Team Leader, you will be a key contributor to the daily operations of the Premium Processing (PP) team. Your work will support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients by ensuring premium processing tasks are completed accurately and in a timely fashion. You will play a critical role in meeting performance goals (SLAs & KPIs), and will be supported through structured training and continuous development.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Accurately complete allocated premium processing tasks within agreed timelines.
Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex processing queries.
Actively participate in personal development activities and respond to feedback.
Contribute to the team’s ability to meet service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and risk management protocols.
Successfully complete assigned training modules and compliance assessments.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Basic awareness of the insurance industry and its impact on businesses
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
A growth mindset with the aptitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
Prior experience in the financial services sector, ideally within insurance
A keen interest in working across dynamic, evolving business environments
