🧠 Role Purpose
As a Data Scientist – L3, you will define, architect, and lead the delivery of machine learning and AI solutions, contributing to Wipro’s digital transformation initiatives.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Development & Demand Generation
Support Go-To-Market strategies by developing solutions and proof of concepts aligned with key offerings to enable solution-led sales.
Collaborate with academic institutions for research initiatives and provide data science courses.
2. Machine Learning & AI Solution Delivery
Develop machine learning and deep learning models for decision augmentation or automation solutions.
Collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers, and IT teams to evaluate ML deployment options.
3. Team Management
Support onboarding and training to enhance team capability and effectiveness.
📈 Performance Metrics
Demand Generation: Number of proof of concepts supported.
Revenue Generation: Timeliness of delivery, customer success stories, and use cases.
Capability Building: Skills acquired within the team.

Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions.
