As a QA Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic quality team responsible for ensuring that the company’s pharmaceutical products comply with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols.

💼 Job Responsibilities

Although you’ll be joining as a trainee, you’ll quickly become an integral part of the QA team. Key responsibilities may include:

1. Document Control – Assisting in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and technical documents.

2. Quality Audits – Participating in internal audits, supporting audit documentation, and learning regulatory compliance.

3. Process Validation – Assisting in the validation of manufacturing and cleaning processes.

4. Deviation Management – Learning how to handle deviation reports, root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

5. Regulatory Compliance – Understanding FDA, WHO, and EU-GMP guidelines under mentor supervision.

6. Quality Systems Training – Getting trained on Quality Risk Management, Good Documentation Practices, and cGMP protocols.

7. Cross-functional Support – Collaborating with production, warehouse, and R&D departments for quality improvement initiatives.

• Strong academic background in Pharmaceutical Sciences
