As a Software Engineer I, you will be part of Tower’s Post-Trade Engineering team, focusing on building and enhancing middle-office and back-office systems. Your day-to-day will include:

Developing Post-Trade Platform Tools — such as trade capture, reconciliation, P&L reporting, cost management, and regulatory compliance tools.

Engaging with stakeholders across the organization to gather and define feature requirements.

Collaborating with global development teams to ensure that all systems are scalable, high-performing, and secure.

🧠 Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
