🔹 Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

Work closely with hiring managers to understand functional requirements and hiring priorities
-
Proactively source and attract candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media platforms, and internal databases
-
Conduct initial screening and preliminary interviews
-
Manage and track the candidate pipeline using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
-
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
-
Maintain and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness

Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership for strategic workforce planning

✅ Must-Have Skills:

2–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience

Experience in hiring for pharma, biotech, clinical research, or life sciences roles

Proficiency in Boolean search techniques, candidate screening, and interview coordination

Solid understanding of job descriptions, functional role alignment, and candidate-market mapping

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with internal teams

Exposure to volume hiring or technical hiring (regulatory, bioanalytical, clinical, QA/QC, etc.)
