📌 Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee – Sales, you’ll undergo a 2-month intensive on-the-job training program designed to give you a 360° view of the business. From the showroom floor to strategic planning rooms, you’ll experience it all.
Your Role Includes:
✅ Learning Oben Electric’s products, sales methodology, and customer experience strategy
✅ Assisting in lead generation, customer conversions, and feedback collection
✅ Building trust-based relationships with channel partners and dealership staff
✅ Conducting market research to identify and report on competitor strategies
✅ Working closely with the sales and marketing team to drive business targets
✅ Achieving individual KPIs and supporting regional targets
✅ Regularly reporting metrics and insights to the senior leadership You will be deployed to real-time sales environments and gradually transition into full-time business roles post-training.

- Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Lead regional territories, manage sales teams, and build local market strategy
