🔑 Key Responsibilities
Your work will drive client satisfaction, platform adoption, and product success.
Client Engagement & Communication

Maintain regular follow-up with clients via email, Zoom, or Slack

Schedule and conduct LIMS software walkthroughs and product demos
Onboarding & Training
-
Help laboratories (mainly in the USA) get started with Ipseity LIMS
-
Troubleshoot user issues and offer real-time guidance during onboarding
Technical & Functional Support
-
Understand lab workflows to offer targeted support
-
Escalate technical issues to the dev team with clear documentation
Coordination & Documentation
-
Record feature requests, bugs, and system feedback
-
Liaise between clients and developers to drive improvements.
🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields
Skills & Qualities:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Comfortable working night shifts for US client support

Basic understanding of LIMS systems and lab data workflows (training provided)
