🧪 Job Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Working On
As a Scientist in the Formulation Analytical R&D team, you will be responsible for:

Analytical method development for CRO/in-house formulation projects (Solid Oral Dosage forms and Liquid Orals).
-
Performing key tests like Assay, Uniformity of Dosage, Related Substances, Dissolution, Cleaning Methods, Water Content, and more.
-
Drafting Analytical Test Methods (ATM), Specifications, Method Development Reports.
-
Conducting Method Validations and preparing validation protocols and reports.
-
Ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
🌟 Required Skills & Core Competencies
Candidates should possess the following core skills:

Strong expertise in analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR, etc.

Ability to independently design and execute method development and validation for pharmaceutical formulations.
