✅ 1. Production Packing – Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc

• Experience: 2–5 years

• Location: Paonta Sahib

• Shift: Rotational (Male candidates preferred)

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor secondary packing (e.g., labeling, cartonating) for semisolid and aerosol products

• Maintain compliance with WHO-GMP, QMS, and SOPs

• Line clearance documentation, visual inspection, and support for audits

• Track-and-trace compliance and documentation

🎯 Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in semisolid and aerosol packing

• Familiarity with GMP documentation and BOV systems

• Knowledge of pharma/ayurveda/cosmetic product handling

✅ 2. Production Packing – Operator (Aerosol, Labeling & Filling)

• Qualification: ITI

• Experience: 3–5 years

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Operate aerosol filling, labeling, and packing machines

• Perform visual quality checks and machine maintenance

• Maintain compliance with SOPs and aseptic conditions

🎯 Skills Required:

• Experience with BOV or labeling machines

• Basic troubleshooting skills, GMP knowledge

• High attention to cleanliness and detail

✅ 3. Production Manufacturing – Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc

• Experience: 2–5 years

• Location: Paonta Sahib

• Shift: Rotational (Male candidates preferred)

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Supervise manufacturing of semisolid & topical pharma (gels, creams, ointments)

• Execute BMRs and maintain WHO-GMP standards

• Process validation and in-process checks

• Audit readiness and inter-departmental coordination

🎯 Skills Required:

• Proven experience in semisolid/topical manufacturing

• Knowledge of nanotechnology (preferred)

• Team handling, GMP, and QMS understanding

✅ 4. Production Manufacturing – Operator (Cosmetics)

• Qualification: ITI

• Experience: 3–5 years

• Location: Paonta Sahib

• Shift: Rotational (Male candidates preferred)

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Operate cosmetic semisolid equipment (mixers, filling lines)

• Maintain batch consistency and GMP standards

• Equipment handling and preventive maintenance

✅ 5. Quality Assurance – Officer / Sr. Officer

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc

• Experience: 2–5 years

• Location: Paonta Sahib

• Shift: General Shift

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Conduct IPQA checks for packing and production

• Manage QMS: deviations, CAPA, change control

• Handle BMR/BPR review and documentation

• Participate in regulatory and internal audits

🎯 Skills Required:

• QMS handling for pharma, Ayurveda, or cosmetics

• Knowledge of GMP compliance and validation protocols.
