🧾 Key Responsibilities

Conduct multi-step organic synthesis for new molecules and intermediates

Support process development from lab-scale to pilot-scale operations

Use analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, GC, and IR

Record all experiments per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Collaborate with senior scientists on custom synthesis projects

Participate in route scouting and reaction optimization.
