• Graduate (Any discipline) with relevant HR experience

• Postgraduate or MBA (HR Preferred)

💡 Key Responsibilities

As an HR Officer/Executive at RND Laboratories, you will be an integral part of a collaborative HR team, executing strategic and day-to-day HR operations. This is a people-first role requiring strong communication, compliance awareness, and multi-tasking ability.

Your responsibilities include:

• 💼 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews

  • Coordinating onboarding and orientation programs

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle

• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Addressing employee grievances and maintaining positive employee relationships

  • Coordinating employee engagement programs and welfare activities

• 📑 HR Administration:

  • Maintaining employee records (physical & digital)

  • Preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, exit letters, etc.

• 🧾 Payroll & Compliance:

  • Managing statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, TDS, PT

  • Ensuring salary processing inputs are timely and accurate

• 📊 Performance Management:

  • Assisting in performance reviews, appraisals, and KPI tracking

  • Monitoring training needs and supporting the L&D process

• 🏢 Facility Management:

  • Overseeing housekeeping, vendor management, and admin tasks

  • Ensuring the general upkeep of the office environment

To thrive in this role, you must bring a mix of technical knowledge, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

• ✅ Strong verbal and written communication in Odia, Hindi, and English

• ✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• ✅ Time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
