🧪 Key Responsibilities

As an Associate – QA, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Incep Bio’s operations align with global standards. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Quality Checks

• Conduct on-site QA checks to monitor adherence to SOPs, standardized documentation practices, and product specifications.

• Identify deviations from quality standards and escalate for corrective action.

✅ Regulatory Compliance

• Maintain strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).

• Assist in documenting quality metrics and reporting issues as per regulatory authority standards.

✅ Audit Participation

• Support in internal audits, ensuring systems and processes meet QA standards.

• Prepare documentation and assist QA managers during external inspections and regulatory audits.

🎯 Who Can Apply?

• Freshers with 0–1 year of experience in QA, preferably in a biotech/pharma manufacturing setup.

• Candidates with educational backgrounds in:

  • B.Sc (Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology)

  • M.Sc (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology)

  • B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)

💡 Bonus:

• Knowledge of SOPs, quality control documentation, or cGMP standards will be an added advantage.
