🔍 Key Responsibilities:

As a Bioanalytical Scientist at Aizant, you’ll contribute to critical analytical processes that support drug development across clinical and preclinical domains.

Your Core Duties Include:

• ✅ Bioanalytical Method Development using LC-MS/MS platforms

• ✅ Validation of bioanalytical methods under GLP/GMP conditions

• ✅ Sample preparation and bioanalysis for clinical and preclinical studies

• ✅ Proficiency with instruments such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and ICP-MS

• ✅ Data documentation, review, and compliance with SOPs & regulatory guidelines

• ✅ Troubleshooting instrument errors and ensuring analytical accuracy

• ✅ Participation in internal audits and client interactions for project updates

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualifications:

• M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology

• M.Pharm or B.Pharm from recognized institutions

Experience Required:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in bioanalytical labs, preferably in regulated environments

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like USFDA, EMA, and ICH

• Familiarity with data integrity, audit trails, and GLP documentation
