⚠️ Important Notes
- Only candidates with 2–5 years of experience in synthetic organic chemistry (small-scale) are eligible.
- Preference will be given to candidates with CRO/CRDMO experience.
- Immediate joiners are highly encouraged.

🧪 Key Responsibilities:
- Design synthetic routes for complex small molecule drug candidates.
- Perform multi-step organic synthesis and purification using chromatography and recrystallization.
- Characterize compounds using NMR, HPLC, LCMS, and IR.
- Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and ensure GLP compliance.
- Collaborate with DMPK, biology, and scale-up teams on integrated drug discovery projects.
- Prepare reports and participate in project review meetings with clients.
🧠 Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in synthetic chemistry (preferably CRO environment).
- Proficiency in analytical tools: NMR, HPLC, LCMS, IR.
- Excellent problem-solving and synthetic planning capabilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Awareness of GLP, safety standards, and R&D best practices.
