1️⃣ Senior Executive – Production
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (First Class, Full-Time, No Gaps)
Experience: 3–6 years in a regulated chemical manufacturing environment
Location: Dahej
Vacancies: Multiple
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise production processes involving distillation columns, reactors, filters, dryers, scrubbers, and pumps.
-
Operate and monitor DCS (Distributed Control System) – 2+ years mandatory.
-
Ensure cGMP, HAZOP, and HIRA compliance.
-
Maintain accurate BMR and process documentation for audits.
-
Identify and troubleshoot production issues and initiate corrective actions.
💡 Key Skills:

Strong DCS control system expertise
-
Working knowledge of regulatory and safety standards

Effective team coordination and troubleshooting ability

Prior work in pharma, chemical, or polymer manufacturing facilities
2️⃣ Junior Officer – Quality Control (QC) / Quality Assurance (QA)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
Experience: 3–6 years in QA/QC in a chemical/pharma/polymer unit
Location: Dahej

🔬 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct analytical testing using GC, GCMS, KF Titrator, UV spectrometers, etc.

Perform instrument calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Execute method validation, method transfer, and documentation.

Support QA in deviation handling, change control, and regulatory audit readiness.

Maintain compliance with NABL, ISO, USFDA, and EDQM requirements.
