🔬 Analytical Research & Development (ARD)

• Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc

• Experience: 2–6 years

• Responsibilities:

  • Analytical method development & validation

  • HPLC, dissolution, particle size analysis

  • Stability and sample testing

• Tools: HPLC, Particle Sizer, Microscope

💊 Formulation Research & Development (FRD)

• Qualification: M.Pharm

• Experience: 2–6 years

• Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-formulation & optimization studies

  • R&D batch execution and technology transfer

  • Documentation as per regulatory norms

🏭 Pilot Plant – Production

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• Experience: 2–5 years

• Responsibilities:

  • Handle compression, granulation, coating, and packing operations

  • Perform online documentation and daily equipment calibration

  • Participate in QMS and batch review

🧪 Quality Control (QC)

• Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc

• Experience: 2–6 years

• Responsibilities:

  • RM/PM, in-process, and finished product testing

  • Calibration of instruments: HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV

  • Documentation in compliance with global regulatory bodies
