🔍 Job Responsibilities by Formulation Type
1️⃣ Inhalation Formulations – MDI/DPI (Metered Dose/Dry Powder Inhalers)
-
Perform analysis and sampling for in-process, finished product, and stability batches
-
Handle analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer, and UV Spectrophotometers
-
Maintain and update QAMS (Quality Assurance Management Systems)
-
Ensure GMP-compliant documentation
-
Participate in regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, etc.)
-
Investigate OOS/OOT results and perform root cause analysis
2️⃣ Nasal & Dermatology Formulations
-
Conduct quality testing for nasal sprays and dermal creams/ointments
-
Ensure compliance with test protocols, pharmacopoeial standards (USP, IP, BP)
-
Operate analytical instruments relevant to semi-solid dosage forms
-
Implement and maintain lab SOPs, change controls, and stability study protocols
-
Prepare and review analytical documentation for regulatory submissions
✅ Skills & Competencies

Strong hands-on experience in HPLC & GC
-
Familiarity with MDI/DPI or Nasal/Dermatology formulation testing
-
Working knowledge of QMS systems, documentation practices, and audit readiness
-
Understanding of cGMP and GLP principles
-
Must have experience with USFDA/MHRA regulated environments

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills
