🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

  • M.Sc in Chemistry

  • M.Pharm

  • MBA (Project Management) with background in pharmaceuticals or chemistry

• Industry Background Required:

  • Experience in Discovery Chemistry, Contract Research Organization (CRO), or Pharmaceutical sector is mandatory.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

As an Executive in Project Management, you will be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end project lifecycles in the R&D environment

• Preparing and presenting weekly progress/status reports

• Conducting LNB & E-LNB audits on a monthly basis

• Handling international shipments of compounds

• Tracking timelines, productivity, and project risks/issues

• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders (technical and non-technical)

• Maintaining trackers: Minutes of Meeting (MoM), action items, progress logs

• Preparing resource cost estimates, FTE invoicing, and chemical/SFC billing

• Supporting internal and external audits related to project documentation

• Strong experience working in discovery chemistry or CRO environments

• Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and time management skills

• Proficient in handling global client communications and team coordination

• Familiarity with scientific shipment procedures and operational KPIs

• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments
