🔬 CRD Research Associate – Job Description
- Perform organic synthesis, multi-step synthesis
- Handle mg to gram-scale reactions efficiently
- Master isolation, purification, and separation techniques
- Use spectroscopic tools like NMR, IR, LCMS, HPLC
- Must have prior CRO experience
- Strong ethics, team collaboration, and documentation skills
🧪 FAD Research Associate – Job Description
- Conduct analytical method development for oral solid & liquid dosage forms
- Execute assay, dissolution, ICH stability testing, and method validations
- Operate instruments like HPLC, UV-Vis, KF Auto Titrator
- Document protocols, STPs, SOPs, and analytical reports
- Use Empower software, ensure GLP compliance and data integrity
- Prior experience in formulation analytics is a must
