✅ Key Eligibility Criteria:
- Mandatory API manufacturing experience
- Sound knowledge of cGMP, ICH, MHRA, and USFDA regulatory practices
- Proficiency in analytical tools like HPLC, GC, microbial testing, instrumentation, etc.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance, process safety protocols, and fire safety systems
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Readiness to work in rotational shifts (if required)
🧪 Key Responsibilities (Sample per Role)
🔬 Quality Control – HPLC Chemist:
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished APIs using HPLC, UV, GC
- Prepare analytical reports, SOPs, STPs
- Support stability studies, data integrity, and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopeial standards (USP, EP, BP)
🧫 QC – Microbiology Chemist:
- Conduct environmental monitoring, microbial limit tests, sterility testing
- Perform water analysis and handle instruments like VITEK2
- Follow aseptic procedures and ensure GLP compliance
🧯 Process Safety Executive:
- Perform HAZOP, risk assessments, and process hazard analysis
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and chemical handling SOPs
- Train employees in fire safety, emergency response, and PPE usage
⚙️ Maintenance & Engineering Roles:
- Maintain and troubleshoot utility equipment, HVAC systems, boilers, and instrumentation panels
- Ensure zero downtime of machinery
- Coordinate with vendors and support audits related to engineering compliance
