📌 Job Role: Research Associate – Synthetic Medicinal Chemistry
Location: Shivam Industrial Park, Changodar, Ahmedabad
Openings: 3 | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome)
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry
- Experience: 0–3 years
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of multi-step synthesis
- Familiarity with analytical instruments (HPLC, NMR, LCMS, IR)
- Ability to conduct literature searches and use tools like ChemDraw
- Awareness of GMP/GLP and lab safety protocols
🧪 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform synthesis of new chemical entities (NCEs)
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes
- Record detailed lab notes (handwritten or ELN)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including analytical chemistry and formulation
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and data integrity
