- Education: Any Graduate (except BCA & BSc Computer Science)
- Experience: 1–2 years in UK/US Banking process
- Preferred Domains: Fraud Investigation, AML, Online & Deposit Fraud Detection
- Tools Knowledge: LexisNexis, NICE Actimize, MS Excel & PowerPoint (Intermediate)
- Communication: Excellent English (Written & Verbal)
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
📝 Key Job Responsibilities:
- Execute AML/KYC and fraud detection investigations as per SLAs
- Identify suspicious transactions using advanced banking tools
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements
- Maintain documentation and escalate cases when necessary
- Deliver internal reporting and training
- Support customer resolution and ensure high process quality
