- 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
- 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM

- Make outbound calls to U.S. insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims
- Analyze and resolve claim denials and outstanding balances
- Maintain process documentation and meet client SLAs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Learn to use healthcare software and tools during training
