🔍 Job Overview
Department: Quality Assurance / Engineering (Injectables)
Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years
Location: Unit 2, Pashamylaram, Patancheru, Hyderabad, Telangana
Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech, Diploma
✅ Quality Assurance (QA) – Key Responsibilities:
- Review of HPLC, GC, LCMS data, Analytical Method Validation & Transfer
- Knowledge of QMS software, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/CSV), and process validation
- Experience in viable environmental monitoring, plate reading, BET & sterility testing
- Documentation of microbial water testing and in-process testing
- Preparation of APQRs, SOPs, and investigation of deviations, CAPA & change controls
🔧 Engineering – Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting of washing, tunnel, filling, sealing machines & autoclaves
- Hands-on knowledge in PLC & SCADA operations
- Review & backup of automation systems
- Involvement in equipment qualification activities
