🔍 Job Overview:
As a Quality Engineer, you will support GMP-compliant manufacturing through hands-on quality assurance, in-line inspection, and product release activities. You will lead investigations of non-conforming products, establish product control plans, and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure the highest product integrity.
💼 Job Details:
- Salary: Up to 185,000 ₽ (before tax)
- Schedule: 5/2 (Mon–Fri), 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Work Location: Sikorsky Street 11, Skolkovo Innovation Center, Moscow
- Experience Required: 1–3 years in QA or QC, preferably in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or medical devices
- Education: Degree in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, or food sciences
- Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
✅ What You’ll Do:
- Review production documentation and ensure final product release post-sterilization
- Participate in risk-based investigations and product quality assessments
- Implement and update quality control procedures and training modules
- Monitor production KPIs and recommend improvements to increase yield and reduce errors
🎯 Preferred Skills:
- ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 knowledge
- Fluent in English for technical documentation
- Familiarity with GDP/GMP guidelines and quality management systems
