As a Lead QA Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s pharmaceutical quality strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence.
🧪 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies in line with GMP, EU, and EAEU guidelines
- Lead investigations into deviations, product recalls, and customer complaints
- Monitor quality KPIs and evaluate process effectiveness
- Conduct GMP training and internal audits
- Support international certification initiatives including ISO 9001, ISO 13485
- Drive CAPA implementation and ensure continual improvement
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers and audit partners across the globe
📋 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
- 3–6 years of QA experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong command of GMP, ICH Q9, Federal Law 61-FZ, and ISO standards
- Proven leadership in quality systems, audits, and electronic document management tools (EDMS, LIMS, QMS)
- English language skills (B2 level) preferred
