Job Overview:
As a Senior Chemical Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development, validation, and transfer of technological processes related to the production of semi-finished and finished pharmaceutical and cosmetology products. This includes working with COLLOST-line products designed for aesthetic skin treatments, scar correction, and facial rejuvenation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop SOPs, risk analyses, technical schemes, and validation protocols.
- Draft and maintain production documentation for small-scale production lines.
- Coordinate raw material procurement and equipment selection.
- Ensure strict adherence to QMS (Quality Management System) standards.
- Develop and update cleaning validation procedures and related documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- A higher degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of organic/inorganic chemistry, biochemistry, and state pharmacopoeial standards.
- Familiarity with validation protocols and process documentation.
- Proficiency in English to read specialized scientific and technical literature.
