EVERSANA, a global leader in life sciences services, is inviting applications for the position of Remote Medical and Scientific Reviewer. As a Medical and Scientific Reviewer at EVERSANA, your primary responsibility will be to ensure scientific accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance of promotional and non-promotional materials. You will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals, patients, and clients by maintaining the highest standards of medical communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fact-checking and scientific review of promotional and non-promotional content.
- Ensure that all claims are scientifically accurate, balanced, and supported by relevant references.
- Verify compliance with approved product labels and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) groups, to resolve findings.
- Use platforms such as Veeva PromoMats for efficient content review and management.
- Contribute to the creation of scientific content, including training materials, slide decks, and scientific response documents.
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), style guides, and quality checklists.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Advanced degree such as PharmD, PhD, MBBS, BDS, or MDS.
- At least 2 years of experience in document QC, medical writing, or scientific review within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong expertise in literature searches using PubMed and Embase.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and document management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, clinical trials, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, global team setting.
