Available Openings in R&D Department
- Chemist/Officer/Sr. Officer – R&D
- Qualifications: M.Sc in Industrial, Inorganic, or Applied Chemistry
- Experience: 1–4 years in the chemical industry
- Key Role: Conducting critical laboratory experiments, maintaining accurate research records, and collaborating with the Pilot Plant team for process scale-up and technology transfer.
- Operator – R&D (Pilot Plant)
- Qualifications: ITI (AOCP/LACP)
- Experience: 1–5 years in the chemical industry
- Key Role: Handling operations at the Pilot Plant, monitoring processes, maintaining activity logs, and ensuring safety compliance while coordinating with QC teams.
- Executive – Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
- Qualifications: M.Sc in Industrial, Inorganic, or Applied Chemistry
- Experience: 4–7 years in the chemical industry
- Key Role: Using advanced analytical instruments like ICP, Particle Size Analyzers, Surface Area Analyzers, and Auto Titrators. Responsible for method development, validation, and technical research for new products and raw materials.
