- Experience: 0–3 years
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.
- Exposure to Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, and Packing.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor in-process checks and maintain compliance records.
- Collaborate with production teams for quality control.
Preferred Profile:
- Freshers with academic knowledge of QA/IPQA are welcome.
- Candidates with basic GMP awareness and strong communication skills will be given preference.
2️⃣ Research Scientist – Analytical R&D
- Experience: 2–8 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc / Ph.D
- Department: Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate analytical methods for Finished Products (Oral Solids & Oral Liquids).
- Test finished products, stability samples, APIs, and raw materials.
- Maintain Lab Notebooks, SOPs, and Study Reports.
- Coordinate with QC and F&D teams for analytical operations.
- Author validation protocols, method validation reports, and analytical documents.
- Support regulatory and QA documentation, including Specifications, STPs, and Raw Material records.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Strong background in Analytical Techniques (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Spectroscopy, etc.).
- Experience in method validation and regulatory documentation.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
