🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be graduates or postgraduates from any discipline with solid English communication skills. Prior experience in international voice process, customer support, or HR service delivery is preferred. Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, ERP systems, and MS Office will be a plus.

- Handle inbound calls and update case logs
- Provide Tier 2 support on Workday (ATS) and HR queries
- Conduct security verifications as per GDPR policies
- Guide employees through self-service HR tools
- Make outbound calls for escalated queries
