- Location: Prestige Star Tech A-Block, Koramangala Industrial Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034
- Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days/week work from office)
- Shift Timing: General shift (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM; may vary slightly)
💼 Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in BPO/ITES recruitment, especially non-IT roles like BFSI, F&A, Pharma, HR, Analytics, Legal, and more.
- Must be experienced in sourcing through Job Boards, Social Media, Referrals, etc.
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written) are essential.
- Graduation required; post-graduation in Humanities/Management is a plus.
- Should be detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of meeting sourcing targets.
💰 Salary Structure:
- 7–18 months experience: ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- 19–36 months experience: ₹31,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(Salary based on current CTC)
