🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US healthcare providers for Accounts Receivable (AR) collections.
- Resolve issues related to claim denials, billing errors, submission rejections, and appeals.
- Accurately document call outcomes in the billing system.
- Ensure compliance with process SLAs and quality standards.
- Escalate recurring denial trends and process improvement areas to supervisors.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines strictly.
