🔬 Job Description – Analytical R&D (API-CRDMO)
The selected candidates will be part of Sai Life Sciences’ API-CRDMO Analytical R&D team, contributing to the analytical development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) across global markets.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical method development and validation using HPLC, LCMS, and related techniques.
- Execute analytical tests as per project timelines with accuracy and quality.
- Document and interpret results clearly, maintaining lab notebooks and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for method transfer, stability, and regulatory support.
- Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot analytical instruments.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines throughout the analytical process.
🧠 Required Skills & Expertise:
- Solid understanding of HPLC, LCMS, UV, IR, and other analytical instruments.
- Experience in API-focused analytical research is highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle equipment independently.
- Excellent data interpretation and analytical documentation skills.
- Familiarity with ICH, USP, and other international regulatory guidelines.
- Team spirit with good verbal and written communication.
