🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry

Experience Required:

  • 2 to 10 years of experience in Contract Research Organizations (CROs)

Preferred Background:

  • Strong CRO exposure, including working on discovery and development projects for global clients

  • Set up and conduct synthetic organic/medicinal chemistry reactions
  • Optimize reaction conditions for compound synthesis
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure documentation per GLP/IP compliance
  • Utilize instruments like NMR, HPLC, LC-MS for analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional research teams on innovative drug discovery programs
  • Maintain lab safety and adhere to regulatory guidelines
🔧 Required Skills
  • Proven expertise in organic synthesis and medicinal chemistry techniques
  • Sound knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and cGMP standards
  • Understanding of Intellectual Property (IP) and data documentation processes
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation
