🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Execute multi-step organic synthesis reactions as per client protocols

Optimize reaction conditions and isolate target compounds

Conduct routine purification using column chromatography, recrystallization, etc.

Ensure adherence to GLP, GMP, and data integrity protocols
