✅ Required Skills & Responsibilities
This is a strategic and technical role that involves both hands-on synthesis and cross-functional leadership.
Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) and liquid-phase peptide synthesis
- Familiarity with Fmoc, Boc chemistry, purification techniques (HPLC), and analytical tools (LC-MS, NMR)
- Experience with peptide modifications, conjugates, and non-natural amino acids
Leadership & Project Management:
- Manage peptide synthesis projects from planning to delivery
- Ensure timely project execution with high quality and budget efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams including scientists, analytical chemists, and QA personnel
- Drive scientific decision-making, troubleshooting, and process optimization
Client & Compliance:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate scientific documentation, data integrity, and IP confidentiality
- Ensure adherence to GLP, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
