🔍 Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Research Scientist in the Agroscience division, your work will focus on the analysis and method development of agrochemical products, adhering to strict GLP/GMP standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Handling analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Apparatus, and Stability Chambers.

Assisting in method development and validation for agrochemical testing.

Documenting analytical results according to 21 CFR Part 11 and Data Integrity Principles.

Collaborating with experienced researchers on formulation studies, toxicology, and environmental analysis.

Participating in routine QC/QA procedures and laboratory audits.
