🔍 Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Scientist in the Analytical Development team, you will:

  • Conduct sample testing and assist in method development

  • Perform co-validations, data integrity, and documentation

  • Work with advanced instrumentation including LC/MS, MS, cIEF, cSDS, SEC, A280

  • Troubleshoot analytical procedures and support investigative studies

  • Draft technical reports and ensure GMP compliance

  • Collaborate in a diverse team of scientists and lab professionals

🎓 Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for passionate, driven, and analytical minds who meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a cGMP laboratory

  • Solid hands-on knowledge of LC/MS, MS, SEC, A280, ELSD

  • Familiarity with biotech quality systems and ICH guidelines

  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken)

  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
