🔍 Key Responsibilities

Exception and Non-Conformance Management: Review and manage process and material non-conformances, coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Market Complaint Handling: Analyze market complaints, identify root causes, and propose effective CAPA strategies, ensuring close monitoring of implemented actions.

Internal Audits: Conduct scheduled internal audits to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.

Quality Risk Management: Participate in quality risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential quality issues.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to audit observations related to the manufacturing section, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
