🔍 Job Responsibilities & Skills

🔸 Production Department:

• Hands-on experience in dry powder filling, injectables, and pre-sterile/aseptic area operations

• Handling media filling, smoke studies, and environmental monitoring

• Monitoring of sterile manufacturing zones as per cGMP standards

• Experience in injectable formulation and GLP compliance

🔸 Quality Control (QC):

• Proficiency in instrument handling – HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution

• Good knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

• Analysis and testing of intermediate and finished products

• Calibration and qualification of analytical instruments

🔸 Quality Assurance (QA):

• Managing QMS documentation, including deviation, CAPA, change control, risk assessment

• Batch record review, validation protocols, SOP review

• Supporting internal and external audits, including USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA

• Oversight on GLP activities and equipment qualification

🎯 Who Should Apply?

We are looking for dedicated, experienced, and flexible professionals who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a formulation (injectables) manufacturing setup

• Educational qualifications like B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, ITI, or Diploma

• Strong understanding of regulated environments (USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP)

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
