🏭 1. Production (OSD)

Sections: Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, Transdermal, Wurster Coating
Designation: Technical Assistant / Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / ITI / Diploma
Experience: 2–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot OSD equipment

• Perform changeovers, line clearance, and documentation

• Adhere to SOPs and cGMP standards

• Support regulatory inspections and validations

Skills Needed:

• In-depth knowledge of tablet/capsule manufacturing

• Familiarity with USFDA, EU-GMP regulatory requirements

📦 2. Packing (Primary & Secondary)

Designation: Technical Assistant / Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / ITI / Diploma
Experience: 2–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Handle blister and bulk packing line operations

• Perform equipment cleaning, line setup, and BPR maintenance

• Ensure GMP compliance and readiness for audits

Skills Needed:

• Proficiency in blister & strip packing machines

• Strong understanding of SOPs and packing protocols

✔️ 3. Quality Assurance (IPQA)

Section: Manufacturing and Packing
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct IPQA checks, line clearance, and BMR/BPR review

• Handle deviations, CAPA, and change control in QMS

• Maintain GDP records and ensure regulatory compliance

Skills Needed:

• Excellent audit readiness and documentation skills

• Strong knowledge of QMS, USFDA, and MHRA compliance

🧪 4. Quality Control (QC)

Sections: Stability, Finished Product, Process Validation, Dissolution, HPLC
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, LCMS, and dissolution methods

• Troubleshoot instruments and document results using e-LIMS

• Perform method validations and ensure GLP adherence

Skills Needed:

• Must have HPLC expertise

• Proficiency with e-LIMS and instrument troubleshooting

• Solid knowledge of USFDA/WHO-GMP testing protocols
