- Operate instruments like HPLC, GC, NMR, LC-MS
- Use research tools such as SciFinder and Reaxys for literature & reaction planning
- Document R&D activities as per regulatory and internal SOPs
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams and meet project timelines
