Location: Brantford, Ontario, Canada

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor an effective Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate policies.

Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, ISO, GFSI, and Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations.

Oversee audits, inspections, and certifications, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.

Manage and train the QA team to maintain product safety, quality, and consistency.

Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product quality and customer satisfaction.
👤 Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related discipline.

Proven experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, GFSI, CFIA, and international regulatory compliance.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to lead audits, handle regulatory bodies, and ensure plant audit readiness.

Experience in continuous improvement, problem-solving, and root cause analysis methodologies.
