🔹 Trainees (Freshers)
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Analytical / Organic Chemistry) or M.Pharm (Analysis)
- Experience: 0–1 year
- Skills: Knowledge of HPLC, GC; academic excellence; communication
🔹 Jr. Research Analyst / Research Analyst (Male Candidates Only)
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharm (Analysis)
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Skills: Method validation, GCMS, LCMS, HPLC
