📌 Job Role: Officer – IPQA (Quality Assurance)

Department: Quality Assurance – In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Location: Palghar (West), Maharashtra
Experience Required: 2–3 years in IPQA
Preferred Experience: OSD / Suppositories / Semi-solid dosage forms
Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry)
Gender Preference: Male (due to rotational shifts)
Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night) – No Work-from-Home option

Salary Range: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging stages for OSD and suppository units.

• Conduct line clearance, batch sampling, and documentation including BMR, BPR, and process validation reports.

• Maintain strict compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, and USFDA audit requirements.

• Monitor dispensing activities, record deviations, and support root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure real-time quality adherence and data integrity.

🧠 Required Skills

• Solid knowledge of IPQA protocols in pharmaceutical manufacturing (OSD/Suppositories).

• Familiarity with QMS documentation, deviation handling, CAPA, OOS, and change controls.

• Proficiency in regulatory inspection readiness for audits (USFDA, WHO, MHRA).

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong verbal & written communication skills.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts under audit-focused environments.
