📌 Open Positions at Auroactive Pharma – API Division

We are currently hiring for the following departments: Quality Control, Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Solvent Recovery System (SRS), and Engineering & Utilities.

1. Engineering & Utilities (Maintenance)

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • Experience Required: 3 to 10 years

  • Industry Preference: Chemical Manufacturing / Petrochemical Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery.

  • Ensure smooth operation of distillation columns, pumps, utilities, HVAC systems, and chillers.

  • Regular inspection and servicing of equipment related to chemical processes.

  • Coordination with the production team for minimal downtime.

  • Maintain documentation as per regulatory standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with chemical process utilities.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Knowledge of GMP standards and safety protocols.

2. Quality Control (QC)

  • Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Microbiology

  • Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

  • Department: Quality Control – API Division

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and document HPLC, GC, and wet analysis.

  • Handle microbiological testing for API intermediates.

  • Prepare and review STPs (Standard Test Procedures), RM and PM specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with pharmacopeial standards and internal quality systems.

  • Assist in analytical method validation and transfer.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in analytical instruments and software.

  • Experience in regulatory inspections and audits.

  • Ability to work under cGMP and strict quality environments.

3. Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

  • Qualification: M.Tech / B.Tech / M.Sc / B.Sc in Safety, Environmental Sciences or equivalent

  • Experience Required: 3 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and implement safety policies and EHS management systems.

  • Conduct risk assessments, mock drills, safety training, and audits.

  • Manage hazardous waste, firefighting systems, and statutory compliances.

  • Issue and track work permits in critical areas.

  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of EHS statutory and regulatory frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience in emergency response planning.

  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 is a plus.

4. Solvent Recovery System (SRS)

  • Qualification: M.Tech / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

  • Experience Required: 5 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily SRS operations involving distillation, filtration, evaporation loss control.

  • Ensure optimal recovery and reuse of solvents with minimal loss.

  • Maintain segregation, handling, and contamination prevention protocols.

  • Monitor quality parameters of recovered solvents and ensure reuse compliance.

  • Maintain accurate process documentation and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles in recovery processes.

  • Exposure to solvent handling best practices.

  • Efficient team leadership and process optimization capabilities.
