As an HR Deputy Manager, you will take ownership of strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and operational excellence. You will serve as a key bridge between HR leadership and corporate functions, delivering impact through data, talent, and transformation.

This is not a traditional HR role. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape people strategy, streamline HR processes, enhance talent pipelines, and embed an analytics-driven culture in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Strategic HR Partnering

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee engagement, policy implementation, and workforce efficiency.

  • Provide consultative support to leadership in areas of organizational change and development.

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical roles across departments.

  • Build strong candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Oversee onboarding, employee life cycle management, and succession planning.

  • Implement talent development frameworks to identify, retain, and grow top performers.

🔹 HR MIS & Analytics

  • Own and drive HR Management Information Systems (MIS) to generate real-time, actionable insights.

  • Utilize Advanced Excel and HR analytics tools to monitor KPIs, turnover, hiring trends, and employee productivity.

  • Present monthly dashboards and HR reports to leadership and stakeholders.

🔹 Performance Management & Workforce Planning

  • Lead the performance appraisal process with a focus on goal-setting, feedback, and development.

  • Develop competency models and career paths to support employee progression.

  • Conduct workforce analysis to support manpower planning and budgeting.

🔹 Operational Efficiency & Corporate HR Functions

  • Ensure smooth operations across core HR processes — from payroll coordination to compliance.

  • Identify gaps and improve operational workflows within HR and adjacent corporate functions.

  • Maintain and audit HR documentation and systems in alignment with ISO and company policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and corporate operations.

  • Background in manufacturing, renewable energy, infrastructure, or similar industries is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong MIS skills and Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards, Macros preferred).

  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms and performance management systems.

Talent Acumen:

  • Proven success in recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.

  • Deep understanding of HR analytics, headcount planning, and policy frameworks.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
