🎓 Eligibility Criteria

We’re looking for bright, bold, and business-ready MBA graduates. 

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 🎓 Degree: MBA (Batch 2025 only)

  • 🏫 Must have a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the college

  • 🗣️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • 🔥 Passion for sales, business development, and the electric vehicle ecosystem

  • 📦 Willingness to relocate anywhere in India as per business needs.

Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee – Sales, you’ll undergo a 2-month intensive on-the-job training program designed to give you a 360° view of the business. From the showroom floor to strategic planning rooms, you’ll experience it all.

Your Role Includes:

Learning Oben Electric’s products, sales methodology, and customer experience strategy
Assisting in lead generation, customer conversions, and feedback collection
Building trust-based relationships with channel partners and dealership staff
Conducting market research to identify and report on competitor strategies
Working closely with the sales and marketing team to drive business targets
Achieving individual KPIs and supporting regional targets
Regularly reporting metrics and insights to the senior leadership You will be deployed to real-time sales environments and gradually transition into full-time business roles post-training.

  • Area Sales Manager (ASM)Lead regional territories, manage sales teams, and build local market strategy
