✅ Key Responsibilities:

Implement, audit, and maintain ISO 17025:2017-compliant quality systems in alignment with NABL standards.

Ensure strict regulatory compliance with FSSAI, APEDA, and EIC requirements.

Operate advanced analytical instruments: LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, HPLC, GC, ICP-MS.
-
Manage data through LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) with a focus on traceability and report accuracy.

Develop and validate analytical methods for pesticide residue, heavy metals, and food contaminants.

Author and monitor adherence to SOPs and QA protocols.

Conduct internal audits and assist in external audit readiness.

Mentor junior analysts and maintain team compliance and productivity.
🎓 Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:

M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Food Science.
Experience:
-
4 to 8 years in food testing laboratories, preferably in NABL-accredited or USFDA-regulated environments.
Core Skills:

In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025:2017, NABL documentation, and LIMS-based data validation.

Instrumental expertise in LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, and HPLC.

Strong understanding of FSSAI, EIC, and APEDA food safety standards.

Method development and validation experience in chemical, microbiological, and residue analysis.
